Bean Flour Pie Dough

Mix together:  
2 cups bean flour (sifted)  
1/2 cup oat bran  
1/4 tsp. salt  
Stir in:  
1 Tbsp. white vinegar  
1/3 cup olive or salad oil  
1/3 cup water  
Add just enough water while stirring to make dough leave sides of bowl.  

Press into greased pie plates. (To avoid dough sticking to fingers, apply a little bit of oil to hands before pressing.)

Makes two crusts
