Beef Broth Gravy
|4 Tab. bean flour|
|2 Tab. oil|
|1 ½ cups beef broth or drippings from a beef roast|
Combine bean flour and oil and cook for 3 minutes or so, stirring. Add beef broth. Stir and cook several more minutes, until thickened.
Variation: for white gravy, use unsweetened original almond milk instead of beef broth.
